The poverty of wealth
2023
120x155 cm
acrylic, gold and mixed materials on panel

The 24-carat gold in this work is often won through the exploitation of people living in material poverty. Wealth, gold, the illusion of happiness through possessions. The pursuit of riches and fame overlooks true prosperity: inner happiness.

2025
80x120 cm
Acryl, waste and mixed materials
14950 €
