| A sculptor and painter born in 1969 in Gdańsk, Poland, and a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP). She creates sculptures in ceramics, bronze, and marble, having gained her experience with Carrara marble in Pietrasanta, Italythe city where Michelangelo used to create. In marble, she explores the interplay of planes, light, and shadow, adding a new dimension to her cubist sculptures through visual shortcuts, simplifications, and pure abstract forms. In her painting works, she often uses spatial, relief forms, which is why she treats her paintings as sculptures. An important aspect is the bold, intense, deliberate color expressing emotions, adding dynamics to abstract forms. The inspiration in her paintings are interpersonal relationships, emotions, and views. Abstraction and minimalism are common features of the artist's works. Her paintings fit within the scope of Art Informel as well as conceptual and cubist art. A laureate of Polish art competitions, she has participated in numerous exhibitions, showcasing her works internationally in Cannes, Innsbruck, and Monaco. |
