Ukiyo-e Portrait Artist. Muramasa is an artist who draws portraits and illustrations in the style of traditional Japanese ukiyo-e. His portraits depict faces with the charm and style of kabuki actors and geisha. They are popular as gifts, especially among people who love Japanese culture and visitors from other countries. Through his artwork, Muramasa shares the stylish and elegant spirit of ikia unique part of Japanese culturewith people in Japan and overseas. He also works to connect different cultures and support local communities through art. His long-term goal is to establish a Department of Aesthetics at Kyoto University.
