Art has always captivated me. As a self-taught Indian American artist, I have been creating art for the past several years, using it as a means to escape the stresses of daily life and express my emotions. Born in India, I grew up immersed in nature. This experience deeply shaped my connection to the natural world. My journey took a significant turn with a move to the US, which introduced a range of professional and personal experiences. These changes have enriched my artistic perspective. Professionally, I am a board-certified Consultant Gastroenterologist with training and practice in New York. Since 2018, I have been based in Dubai, UAE. I work primarily with oil, acrylic, and mixed media on canvas and wood. My background in photography and sculpture also informs my artistic approach. My work reflects my diverse experiences with different cultures, with each piece embodying a memory, personal story, or profound message.
